This large sword-shaped design gives the appearance of piercing straight through the ear. The frontal of this earstud is an intricately detailed hilt with a swirled crossguard, a black diamond at the tip of the pommel, and handguard inset with pave diamonds on both sides. The blade-shaped backing features ruby droplets on both sides and extends straight out from the back of the ear, and is long enough to be visible from the front.
